On 23 October, another official belt grading examination was held at the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex. Organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (AJF), the examination brought together 379 judoka.
Participants demonstrated their technical proficiency in the white-yellow, yellow, orange, green, blue and brown belt grades, according to their age eligibility. Those who successfully passed the examination were awarded the corresponding belts and certificates.
Belt grading examinations aim to help judoka develop a more systematic and comprehensive understanding of judo techniques while also strengthening their motivation. Achieving the required belt grade is also considered an important prerequisite for participation in major domestic competitions.
