307 judoka took part in the official belt grading examination.
On 1 February, an official belt grading examination was held at the National Teams Training Centre, organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation.
A total of 307 judoka demonstrated their knowledge and skills for white-yellow, yellow, orange, green, blue and brown belt grades in accordance with their age categories. Athletes who successfully passed the examination were awarded the corresponding belts and certificates.
Belt examinations help judoka to master techniques in a more systematic and comprehensive way and also serve to increase their motivation. A belt grade is an important indicator for assessing and officially recognizing an athlete’s level of preparation, and it is also one of the key prerequisites for participation in prestigious domestic competitions in the future.
