A paintball game has been organized for members of the cadet girls’ national team

As part of the training camp for the cadet girls’ national team, a paintball activity was organized aimed at strengthening team spirit and maintaining psycho-emotional balance.

The activity enabled the athletes to spend time outside their daily training routine in a dynamic and interactive environment, helping to reduce stress and develop communication and cooperation skills through joint participation. During the game, the judoka took part in a process that required both physical activity and strategic thinking.

It should be noted that such social and psychologically oriented activities are regularly implemented as part of the preparation of the cadet girls’ national team and reflect a comprehensive approach to the healthy development of the athletes.
