A seminar and examinations have been organized for 1st and 2nd dan grades

With the aim of enhancing coaches’ expertise and professionalism, the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (AJF) organized a seminar and examinations for 1st and 2nd dan grades from 22 to 26 December. A total of 30 participants took part in the training process.

Within the programme, theoretical and practical sessions were held on Nage-no-Kata for the 1st dan grade and Katame-no-Kata for the 2nd dan grade, and participants’ knowledge and skills were assessed.

Mehmet Yilmaz, Education Director of the Turkish Judo Federation, was also invited to the event to take part in the exchange of experience.

The AJF continues to regularly conduct training and examination processes for coaches as part of its work on the development of dan grades.
