A seminar has been organized for members of the junior men’s national team

An educational seminar on the new rules introduced by the International Judo Federation has been organized for members of the junior men’s national team.

The seminar was held under the guidance of Chairman of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF) Referees Committee Natik Baghirov and ACF referees’ manager, IJF A-category international referee Matin Rahimli.

During the event, the updates to the rules were presented to the athletes using practical examples, and the criteria behind refereeing decisions in various situations were extensively discussed. The aim of the seminar was to ensure that the athletes understand the new requirements more accurately and correctly, to prevent possible misunderstandings during competitions, and to contribute to building a more effective tactical approach.
