Judo Coaching Education Programme Continues in Azerbaijan

Within the framework of the trilateral memorandum of understanding signed between the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, the Azerbaijan Sports Academy and the University of Hertfordshire (UK), theoretical and practical classes continue for first-, second- and third-year students majoring in judo coaching at the Academy.

The educational process is carried out at the National Team Training Centre in accordance with a pre-defined schedule. The project, led by Professor Mike Callan of the University of Hertfordshire, involves both local and international experts.

During the classes, students acquire theoretical knowledge based on a curriculum developed in line with international coaching standards, while also improving their practical skills.
