On 16 February, the ACF Ne-Waza Cup for seniors was held.

At the event hosted by the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex, 157 judoka (137 men, 20 women) representing 33 clubs and sports societies competed for 11 sets of medals.

It should be noted that ne-waza skills in judo allow athletes to develop and refine their ground (parterre) techniques during contests. These skills play an important role in forming key tactical approaches both for escaping techniques and for defeating the opponent more effectively.
