The athletes of the future grow here
In the Goygol Olympic Sports Complex, a judo training camp is held for U-15 regional athletes. We would like to inform you that the training camp aims to prepare for the Azerbaijan championship of U-15 juniors on May 6-8, 2022. At the same time, it is one of the things done to increase the competition of regional athletes with Baku and Sumgait athletes. About 120 young judokas from clubs, societies and sports organizations from different regions and cities of our country are participating in the training camp that started on April 21. Regular training camps are the basis for the development of our young teenagers as experienced, professional athletes in the future, their place and successful representation in international competitions. At the same time, the organization of such trainings contributes to the further popularization of judo in the regions and to the physical and spiritual education of young people. It should be noted that the training session will continue until April 30.
