The Evaluation Phase of Level III Coaching Education Has Started
The Azerbaijan Judo Federation is consistently continuing its coaching certification programme with the aim of ensuring the professional development of judo coaches in the country and aligning their knowledge and skills with modern standards.
Within the framework of the programme, the practical assessment phase has started for 30 coaches who have completed Level III coaching education. The evaluation process is designed to assess not only the coaches’ theoretical knowledge, but also their methodological approach in real training conditions, their level of technical-tactical preparation and their management skills.
The practical assessment is led by Richard Trautmann, Performance Director of the national teams. The process is carried out using a methodology based on international best practices, with particular emphasis placed on an objective evaluation of the coaches’ level of preparedness.
The main goal of the certification programme is to strengthen the coaching system in the country, increase incentives for the professional development of coaches and, as a result, ensure the sustainable success of Azerbaijani judo.
The certification of coaches will also create additional opportunities for specialists working in different regions of the country, contribute to the formation of a unified methodological system and make an important contribution to the overall development of judo.
