The judo techniques exam has started

The judo techniques exam has started.

Organised by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, the exam held at the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex brought together 60 judoka today. Athletes registered for the first leg of the U-14 League demonstrated basic movements as well as techniques corresponding to the white-yellow, yellow and orange belt grades. During the exam, each ticket contained 10 questions, with each question being scored with a maximum of 10 points.

It should be noted that 70% of an athlete’s total score is based on their competition result and 30% on their exam performance. This approach is designed to develop both the technical preparation and competitive level of junior judoka in parallel.
