The members of the national judo team have passed various medical and physical tests
The Azerbaijan Judo Federation has launched a project to conduct various medical and physical tests for the members of the national judo team in cooperation with the Azerbaijan State Physical Education and Sports Academy and the Austrian "Complex Core" company. During the tests, the general health and physical condition of the athletes is checked. The obtained data will be used to establish general and individual training processes of athletes, as well as to manage weight issues. Another important field of use is to identify possible risks and take preventive measures in order to prevent injuries to our judokas.
