Judo Seminar Held in Khankendi

A judo seminar was held in Khankendi under the guidance of Kotaro Sasaki and Asiman Allahverdiyev, coaches of Azerbaijan's cadet boys' national team, and Elchin Mayilov, an expert from the Education Department of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation.

During the training session, participants took part in warm-up and coordination exercises through interactive games, as well as drills focusing on uchi-komi and nage-komi, two fundamental elements of judo training.

The technical session focused on the correct execution of ko-uchi-gari, o-uchi-gari and seoi-nage, with particular attention to the entry and completion phases of each technique. Participants then practised these techniques under the supervision of the coaches.

The seminar aimed to improve the technical skills of young judoka, help them develop proper movement patterns and encourage greater engagement in the training process.
